‘This workshop exceeded all my expectations.’

‘I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic weekend of learning and re-consideration.  I run a yoga group at school twice a week & yesterday was my first class following the training.  I had such a successful class integrating my learning within our group.  The children were so responsive to a little more structured program…..When the expectations for children are set high they will rise to meet it (that’s been my experience anyway).’

Befriend Solitude
Learning to handle the many moods and activities of life requires solitude. Do not let the demands of an overly active world rob your children of their peace.
Constant stimulation without balance of quietness creates chaos. The child who early befriends solitude becomes one with all that is and inherits everything.
